We are part of a network of centers that have served Northern Nevada since 1983. We are a friendly, no-pressure place where you can safely and confidentially express all of your feelings and receive factual information to make a decision about your pregnancy that works for you. We empower women and families facing unexpected pregnancies in Nevada. We provide accurate information, free services, and practical support with a holistic and compassionate approach. We give each of our clients the care and attention they need, empowering them to make informed decisions for themselves and their future.
While we are not a medical facility for prenatal care, pregnancy related medical procedures, or prescribing medications we do have highly trained, experienced crisis pregnancy coaches dedicated to helping you process all of you options in a non-judgmental, no pressure environment.
*All ultrasound care is overseen by an on-staff local, licensed OB-GYN and licensed RN.
Real Choices Women's Center is a 501c3 non-profit in the state of Nevada. Community support ensures our ability to meet the needs of local women and men facing unexpected pregnancies. We are 100% funded through the generosity of individuals, businesses, and organizations in our community. All donations are tax-deductible.
